Radio dzBB’s Alan Gatus quoted Nicolas Lapeña, chairman of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as saying that Kho’s license has been rescinded since last week following the investigation conducted by PRC’s board of medicine.
So PRC could really revoke a license of a professional due to misconduct eh.
Though Hayden could still file for an appeal. After all the scandal that has happened to him i suggest that he move out of the country and start another life.
