To serve a lot faster, you have to block the way between counter and stove. Put them near a wall. Place your stove beside or just near your counters so the cook will be able to place dishes to the counter.Your waiter will appear behind the counters and stoves and the dishes will be auto served with the waiter just picking them up from the counters and he will clean it behind the counter too. No more missed customers! NO more incompetent waiters that stand around looking confused!!
