Nowadays, it’s easy to communicate thru the use of mobile phones and laptops / computers. Everything has its pros and cons.
The Philippines has been under stress during this past days due to typhoon Ondoy and the most stubborn typhoon i’ve ever seen, typhoon Pepeng. After typhoon Ondoy doing its thing on Central Luzon, typhoon Pepeng whom returned here caused floods and land slides on Northern Luzon.
Pangasinan is just one of the regions that was affected. The area was not only soaked in flood they were also victims of false informations. Somebody said that a dam was destroyed and flood will rise-up. Some panicked and some cried out of fear. Time passed and the truth came out.
Please be prudent with informations that you spread wether it is thru a text message, twitter, facebook or whatsoever. Don’t just RT tweets, do not just pass a message you know nothing about.
